Live Kree or Die! is a 1998 Marvel Comics crossover storyline in Iron Man, Captain America, Quicksilver, and Avengers in which a radical Kree splinter group called the Lunatic Legion seeks vengeance against Earth following the fall of the Kree Empire. They plot to use an Omni-Wave Projector on the Moon to transform humanity into a new Kree race, forcing the Avengers to confront their adversaries across multiple confrontations, rescue allies such as Warbird, and ultimately thwart the Lunatic Legion’s scheme. The arc blends alien invasion stakes with internal tension within the Avengers and the larger implications of Kree machinations for Earth’s future.
