Peter Merkel Jr. is the son of the original Rag Doll, Peter Merkel Sr., who was an abusive, sociopathic cult leader. His father's abuse (often to do with his lack of double joints) led him to modify his body with hundreds of surgeries. He had his genitals surgically removed and his joints modified to give him inhuman flexibility. Peter Jr. is the brother of Alex Merkel (Junior).
