Merlyn is a male humanoid whose origin is uncertain. He has the appearance of an elderly man, with long gray hair and blue eyes. Merlyn is a male humanoid. As this legend went, Myraddin was a young priest of the sun on an island called Ruta, next to Avalon, islands that were once part of Atlantis that survived the Great Cataclysm which occurred around 18,000 BC. He also served as Sorcerer Supreme for a time, and is one of the central beings of Otherworld, a realm outside of the Omniverse, and has charged himself with manipulating events for the benefit of the continued existence of all reality.
