Leader of the Suicide Squadron. Father (later the grandfather) of Richard Rogers Flag (Rick Flag Jr.) of the Suicide Squad. It was later revealed that Rick Sr. never had any children, and that Rick Jr. was actually a soldier named Anthony Miller, however this appears to have been ignored and forgotten.
