The Letter

The Letter is a freelancer with an eyepatch whom we see in a flashback scene watched by Ianthe on her magic VCR when she is examining The Will's memories. He is also The Brand's and The Will's Uncle Steve, and in the scene Ianthe watches, he murders Billy and Sophie's father in front of them with an axe.
