Marvel's second Leap-Frog / Frog-Man

Eugene Patilio found his father's old Leap-Frog costume in a closet and decided to use it to become Frog-Man, a well-meaning but somewhat inept super-hero. His father is Vincent Patilio, a.k.a. Leap-Frog, and his mother was Rosie Patilio.
