John Garrett

Early in life John Garrett was a low-level criminal who joined the C.I.A. He later was inducted into the spy agency Great Wheel of Zodiac which was eventually disbanded. He then became a member of S.H.I.E.L.D. after his record was secretly cleaned. After many experiences he eventually joined Dum Dum Dugan's Howling Commandos PMC.
