The Savage Dragon series takes place on two parallel Earths: Image Universe: Dr. Nirvana was the father of Chelsea Nirvana. He was an enemy of the original Mighty Man. Savage World Universe: Dr. Nirvana was the father of Chelsea Nirvana. He was an enemy of the original Mighty Man. In October 1948, Dr. Nirvana developed a device that enabled him to steal Mighty Man's powers and form, using them to commit crimes as Mighty Man.
