Quinn is a student at Kinney University in Venice, Los Angeles, California, where Mikka Nguyen also goes to school. He has a job in the computer lab there and he helps Kate Bishop investigate the stalker Mikka comes to Hawkeye Investigations about. Through that case he gets involved in further cases with the group.
