Johnny Watts is the brother of Ramone Watts, and was acting as a secret vigilante in the Venice area near Ramone's surf shop before joining up with Kate Bishop as a part of Hawkeye Investigations. Johnny's powers are such that he can transform his body into any substance he touches, taking on its physical properties. His piercings are made of vibranium to ensure that he is almost never without a strong substance to duplicate.
