Victoria Ojuku N'Gengi is the secret identity of Flint, a one-time member of StormWatch, Team Achilles, and the Authority, as well as the ex-wife of Benito Santini, the Weatherman and leader of Team Achilles. While a member of the Authority, Victoria has been more recently romantically linked with Grifter of the Wildcats.
