Philip Russell, formerly Philip Russoff, was the brother of Gregory Russoff, a Transylvanian werewolf. Some time aftr his brother's death, he married Gregory's widow Laura, becoming the step-father of Jack and Lissa. It was a while before Jack, the Werewolf by Night, realized his mother was now married to his uncle.
