Fel Andar

Fel Andar was a Thanagarian spy sent to Earth to gather information that would prove useful to Thanagar's plan to invade Earth. While here he married Earth woman Sharon Parker and they had a son called Ch'al Andar, later known as Charley Parker (Golden Eagle). At some point he was ordered by his Thanagarian superiors to infiltrate Justice League International, posing as Hawkman. Sharon was mind-wiped by the Thanagarians and became Hawkwoman. He told the League that he was Carter and Shiera Hall's son, Carter Hall Jr. Not to be confused with Fell Andar, a Thanagarian agent in the Shadow War.
