Grimm, aka Brother Grimm, was a magic user from the realm of Eastwind in another dimension. Initially helped by Wally West, aka the Flash, to free his world from tyranny, he was later forced to kill his brother Angar who had subsequently usurped his power as new monarch and became a tyrant. His unstable mind causing Grimm to blame Flash, Grimm arrived on Earth to attack Keystone City twice to get back at him.
