Rock is a Superman villain who boasts superhuman strength and durability due to the makeup of his physiology. He obtained these powers while a volunteer in Project High Frontier at LexCorp, which left him seeking revenge on Lex Luthor, but when Superman stops him Rock turns his hatred towards Superman. He is recruited into the Superman Revenge Squad by Morgan Edge.
