George Blake, the manager of an anti-crime exhibition, used makeup to impersonate Two-Face, so he could frame Harvey Kent for the crimes which he himself would commit. Blake inadvertently wore his makeup on the wrong side of his face, enabling Batman to easily identify him as an impostor.
