Shimmer, whose real name is Selinda Flinders, is a founding member of the Fearsome Five, and the sister of Baran Flinders, otherwise known as Mammoth. She has the ability to transmute any element or compound into any other. The limitations to her power include only being able to transmute elements or compounds within a three foot radius of herself, and her transmutations only last three minutes.
