Gary Concord, Jr. was born in 2214 AD to Gary Concord Sr. (the Ultra-Man) and his wife Leandra, inheriting his father's super-powers. After Gary Sr. dies in 2239 AD, Gary Jr. succeeds him as both Ultra-Man and as High Moderator of the United States of North America.
