This third iteration of the Shaggy Man was created by Lex Luthor for the purpose of strengthening the Injustice League. He has a unique physiology granting him immortality, invulnerability, enhanced senses, and powers of regeneration in addition to superhuman strength, durability, and stamina. His weaknesses include a monstrous appearance and diminished intellect.
