Josiah Power was a businessman who's nascent metagene was eventually activated by the Metagene bomb explosion. He has super-strength, and can transform himself into a rock-like form giving him super-durability. He can absorb any ambient energy available and convert it into power blasts. He formed the San Francisco-based Power Company, which contracts out superheroes to paying clients.
