This unnamed second martial artist called Shatterfist was an American recruited into the Cadre sometime after the first Shatterfist was killed by Ice. He was also imbued with special abilities by Overmaster similar to his previous version. He replaced the original in the Cadre team that was led by Dr. Polaris.
