Otho-Ra is a young Phaelosian who was raised on Warworld. Older sister of Osul-Ra. Foster daughter of Clark Kent (Superman) and Lois Lane Kent. Foster sister of Jon Kent (Superman). Earth's media dubbed Otho-Ra and Osul-Ra "The Super-Twins", despite them not actually being twins.
