In Pre-Crisis continuity, Cylvia Cyber a.k.a. Doctor Cyber was the head of a criminal organization that would go to any lengths to enrich itself. During an attack by a rival gang member, her face was permanently disfigured and eventually she started wearing a mask and an exoskeleton. The armor gave her extra strength and durability, and the ability to absorb and fire back energy. At some point she acquired magical powers. She made several attempts to have her brain implanted into Diana Prince's body but never was successful. Doctor Cyber's history was altered by the Crisis on Infinite Earths. She appeared Post-Crisis as a nemesis of the newly-formed Power Company.
