Cast out to the Brimstone Dimension along with Azazel, Ydrazil has stuck by Azazel's side through the conflict with the Cheyarafim and came back to Earth-616 with him when Azazel's spawn (Nightcrawler, Abyss, and Kiwi Black) performed a ritual to facilitate it. Often used as a torturer by Azazel, Ydrazil was decapitated by Kiwi Black while he was torturing Angel.
