After the eighth Brother Blood began his reign, he chose one of his followers, May Bennett, as his wife. He renamed her Mother Mayhem, and she soon bore him a son. Years later, May became pregnant again. She escaped from the Church of Blood, and gave birth to a daughter, Jessica.
