Clytemnestra Erwin is a young woman with a PhD in electrical engineering. With her brother Morley, she was employed by Stark International. When Obadiah Stane took control of the company, she stayed with Tony Stark and followed him in founding the Los Angeles based electronics company, Circuits Maximus.
