The Purple Claw

The Purple Claw is the name of a magical glove given to Dr. Weir by an African witch doctor. It has power to fight and destroy evil, and to heal the good. Although the man is sometimes called the Purple Claw, he wears no costume other than the glove, and so is usually addressed as Dr. Weir.
