The Black Pirate's ship was running low on water and provisions, when he spotted a vessel flying the skull and crossbones. Upon boarding the other ship, Jon Valor discovered that it's captain was a woman... the self-proclaimed "Queen of the Seas". After making a wager, they agreed to meet in a week to determine the winner. When the woman didn't show, Jon became concerned. He set sail to search for her, and discovered that she had become a prisoner of Chinese pirates. After saving Bonnie from her captors, Jon informed her that they would sail to Barcelona, where he intended to leave her. But Bonnie had intentions of her own for the dashing buccaneer.
