God of thunder. Son of Odin and Jord. Half-brother of Balder, Hoder, Vidar, Vali, and Heimdall. Possible brother of Tyr and Hermod. With his wife Sif, Thor was the father of Modi, Magni, and Thrud. He was also the step-father of Ullr. During the events of Ragnarok, Thor will die from exposure to poisonous venom when he kills Jormungandr the Midgard Serpent.
