Mr. Westly is a man turned into a werewolf by Mrs. Daniels, operator of a boarding house, as part of a ritual by "the Cult of the Wolf." Westly sought the aid of Dr. Occult, who helped end Daniels' threat and return Westly and the other boarders to normal.
