As part of "the Cult of the Wolf," Mrs. Daniels used an unknown serum delivered by hypodermic injection to transform men who lived at her boarding house into werewolves. Daniels was ultimately thwarted by one of her victims, Mr. Westly, with aid from Dr. Occult.
