Georgie the Giant

Georgie the Giant first appeared in 1960 in "Popeye" issue #51, in the story titled "The Giant." Initially, Popeye was tasked with saving Spinachovia from a giant's threat; however, the sailor and the colossal humanoid became friends. Georgie later returned to the series, visiting Popeye in his hometown.
