The criminal called Gargles was an extortionist. He had light wavy hair, thick dark eyebrows and prominent lips. Gargles would package water flavored with cinnamon and sell it as mouthwash. He would often threaten shop owners if they refused to buy his product. Gargles was obsessed with oral hygiene and gargled frequently (with legitimate mouthwash brands, never his own fraudulent product).
