Orca is a medium-sized male humanoid creature with scaly green skin. Its humanoid features face combines the marked characteristics of aquatic creatures: big globose eyes, thick and irregular brow arches, small pointed nose, thin lips, triton ears on the side, scales at the forehead and chin. He is part of the Galactic Rangers, which are commanded by Captain Victory.
