Mister Mind

Mister Mind is a clearly male humanoid creature, consisting of a huge, chubby, shell-shaped head, resting on a circular structure that allows it to move. His eyes with yellow pupils are small and stretched out almond, surmounted by long black eyebrows, his nose is small, his mouth wide with fine lips, his skull is bald and his face glabrous. He is the last member of his race and has effective psychic powers. He eventually convinced Captain Victory to join the Galactic Rangers (Chasseurs galactiques in French), despite being considered a protected species.
