Sinbad is Davood Nassur, a young hero based out of Metropolis. He possesses mild telekinetic powers. For a time, those powers were amplified after he came into possession of a high-tech belt stolen from the DMT, an international weapons cartel, by agents acting on the orders of Lex Luthor.
