Francis Castillo

Francis Castillo, known simply as Castillo, was a private-sector bounty hunter before joining the government. Once Sonia Stone's top field leader, he later became Copra's lead trainer. After losing his family to mob crossfire, he retired and returned to bounty hunting, building a small mercenary outfit that included Acquisitions Robotics Mechanics (A.R.M.). Castillo eventually came out of retirement to play a key role in Copra's restructuring.
