Dy Dy is a metamorph who can alter her shape and appearance at will. In her natural state, she resembles a flowing mass of pink brain matter and organs. Through touch, she can infect, reshape, or even absorb others—stealing their life, memories, and form. Born Dionne Mendenhall, a famed fashion designer from Am Rhein, she survived the rise of the fascist High Republic by becoming the mistress of a top official. After learning her husband had been killed, she murdered both her lover and the Chancellor, seizing power amid the chaos and declaring herself the Crime Empress of Am Rhein. Copra first crossed paths with Dy Dy during a retaliatory strike led by Rax. Following Am Rhein’s fall, she escaped to Earth and joined Copra out of necessity.
