Dr. Jason Rivera is a scientist associated with Project P.E.G.A.S.U.S., a government-backed research facility specializing in alternative energy and superhuman studies. Within the Superhuman Studies Department at Project P.E.G.A.S.U.S., Rivera applied his expertise in bio-engineering and ionic energy to assist in compiling and analyzing data on superhumans and their powers; after his tenure at the project he left to work for Damage Control, Inc.
