The Hypno-Fish is an Atlantean fish with a single large eye capable of hypnotizing or stunning others simply by its gaze, and it can also hover outside water and generate an air bubble to carry a fully grown adult while submerged. Namor used a Hypno-Fish under the influence of the Puppet Master to place Sue Storm under its spell and transport her underwater.
