Ralph Peverill

Peverill studied art at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He first obtained a temporary position as a press artist with the Herald and Weekly Times group in the early fifties before eventually turning to all types of jobs, including cartooning. He created the Didgeridoos strip that first appeared in the Melbourne Sun-News Pictorial in October 1969.
