Hardie Gramatky

Hardie Gramatky was an American painter, author, and illustrator. He wrote and illustrated several children's books, most notably Little Toot (G. P. Putnam's Sons, 1939). He worked as a senior animator at the Disney Studio from 1929 to 1935, during which time he briefly assisted with the Mickey Mouse comic strip.
