Enzo Cassoni

Enzo Cassoni began his artistic career while still in high school, drawing illustrations for various newspapers, including "Le avventure del cielo" (aeronautical editorial magazine), "La sunday illustrata", and then for "Il vittorioso". He attended the Accademia di San Luca, and in 1942 and 1943, he won the "Littoriali della Cultura e dell'Arte", a national level cultural competition. He then created poster for advertising campaigns and cinema. From 1947 to 1970 he was the artistic director of two graphic arts printers Apollon and Chicca while also the owner of an artistic advertising studio operating in the French, Scandinavian and Latin American markets. He also illustrated books and textbooks and was the author of many books.
