Erich Owen

Erich Owen is a cartoonist/graphic novelist/character designer and SCBWI member living in San Diego. His first graphic novel series, Mail Order Ninja, which he co-created and illustrated was published by Tokyopop in 2005 & 2006. Tokyopop published two volumes and a run of internationally syndicated newspaper comicstrips of Mail Order Ninja. Since then, he has illustrated for IDW, Viper Comics, Red 5 Comics, and Bluewater Productions among others. In 2009 he had the opportunity to work with William Shatner illustrating his TekWar Chronicles comic series. Now, he is illustrating Teen Titans Go! and DC Super Hero Girls for DC Comics and he recently co-wrote/adapted and fully illustrated an 80-page Fruit Ninja middle-grade graphic novel for Andrews McMeel Publishing.
