Edward Kutlowski

Edward Kutlowski was the editor, compiler, and writer of the series Cavalcade of Old Time Comic Strips (Tower Press, 1967 series) and Good Old Days (Tower Press, 1964 series). He was the president and publisher of Tower Press, a company he founded with his brother Michael in the early 1950s.
