Marion Gerrick

Award-winning illustrator and painter Marion Gerrick Cohen began her career working at Martin Goodman's Magazine Management company, where for four years she was a staff artist on the magazines Miss America Magazine and Screen Stars, a job that saw her working down the hall from Stan Lee and providing those books with not only full-page illustrations, but also numerous small ones that appeared in the pages' margins and borders. Before that, she earned a degree in illustration from the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn.
