Bill Crawford

Underground cartoonist whose sole nationwide solo comic was High-Flyin' Funnies Comix & Stories (Print Mint, 1970) which featured the anthropomorphic alligator Rufus the Radical Reptile. The character first appeared in the underground New Haven, Connecticut newspaper The View from the Bottom. It also appeared in the first issue of Kitchen Sink's Commies from Mars (1973).
