William "Bill" T. Anderson, age 80, a Derby resident for most of his life, died on Thursday, January 3, 2019. He was born in Ansonia on December 31, 1938, the son of Nelson and Helen Anderson. He was a longtime Editor at Charlton Press for many years before his retirement.
