Ryoyu Kato (加藤龍勇), formerly known as Hiroyuki Kato (加藤洋之), is a sci-fi/fantasy illustrator and manga artist. Debuting in 1984, he's best known for his collaborations with college classmate Keisuke Gotoh (後藤啓介) under the joint name Hiroyuki Kato+Keisuke Gotoh (加藤洋之+後藤啓介). Their first published work in North America was the story Angel Fusion, which was in Cheval Noir (Dark Horse, 1989 series) #1 (August 1989).
