Benjamin Lieppe

Business manager of Fox Publicaitons in the early 1940's. Also was editor of Select Stories [v1 #2, March 1942; Handy Publications] under the name Ben Lieppe. He's listed as Benn Lieppe in the 1946 list of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as a Certified public Accountant in New York.
